I had a great stay at Embassy in KV! The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathtub and a shower cabinet in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh fruits and the option to order warm dishes from the menu. The staff were friendly and provided fast service. The hotel is conveniently located with parking right in front. A highly recommended choice in KV!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views of the river and the stunning Pupp hotel just across the way. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm and friendly greeting upon arrival to the helpful answers to all my questions, they truly made me feel valued as a guest. The room was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from my window. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and take a stroll around the city before departing.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in Karlovy Vary. The interiors were beautiful and the hotel was well-maintained and clean. The friendly personnel made me feel welcome and the lift to the upper floors was convenient. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the nice atrium with a fireplace. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, warm, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the main street. The noise isolation was excellent, and parking in front of the hotel was a big convenience. The hotel restaurant had amazing interiors, although I couldn't have dinner there due to fully booked tables.

The hotel was very dated, and some of the furniture looked quite old and worn out. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in our room, and we had to go downstairs to the lobby to get a drink.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the main shopping street and attractions across the river. The street in front of the hotel is also convenient for transportation. The breakfast is superb, with a variety of high-grade foods, and the restaurant provides authentic cuisine. The spacious accommodations come with a sitting area, and some rooms offer a pleasant view.

The hotel lacks some facilities that are expected for its price, such as air conditioning, and the staircase leading to the elevator can be difficult for guests with heavy luggage.
